There are all sorts of articles on the web about end-of-the-year checklists for taxes.  What about a checklist for your corporate or LLC record keeping?  Many times individuals create corporations or limited liability companies online, but do not finish the job by creating the additional documentation to make their entities operate.  Here is my checklist:
